What is EQ?
EQ or Emotional Quotient is a measure of a person's self-awareness, empathy and sensitivity towards others. This is also known as emotional intelligence, something we have noticed that organisations are becoming more and more aware of due to the impact it has when building teams with a long-term goal or purpose.
