Your impact and contribution.

As a Senior Project Support Officer, you will support Program and Project Manager's throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to support. A number of renewable and technology projects. You will play a pivotal role in project success by managing and tracking project-related financials, including cost control, project estimates, and financial/commercial analysis, whilst overseeing project governance and reporting for project health, risks and issues. 

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Create and review monthly project status reports and documentation.
• Help write business cases, change requests, and other internal documents.
• Coordinate the approval process for project documentation.
• Organize project meetings and governance tasks.
• Support contract administration.
• Report any compliance issues.
• Draft initial project documents following the company's PMM.
• Maintain a database of template and best practice documents for projects.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cost control reports for projects.
• Assist in creating project estimates.
• Perform financial and commercial analysis as needed.
• Manage and coordinate work orders including the impact to project budget tracking.

Qualifications and experience you will need to be considered

• Proven experience in project support, coordination, project governance, and financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent workload prioritisation, able to adapt to a changing environment and eager to learn.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office.
• Experience applying Project Management Methodologies on project

• Leverage your expertise in ERP to design, configure, and optimise workflows and processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and decisively to changing project needs.
• Actively contribute to the success of projects by providing valuable insights and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Participate in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications and experience you will need to be considered.

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or certifications related to business analysis.
• Mid to senior level experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a rapid and reactive projects environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of its capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to act quickly in changing situations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
